Terms of use
These terms cover your use of tt-magnet.com. They are written for the engineers and buyers who actually use this site. They replace the previous “website statement”, which was template text and referred to matters — investment advice, portrait rights, mountain bikes — that have nothing to do with permanent magnets.
1. What this site is
tt-magnet.com is the marketing and technical reference site of Ningbo TT Magnetic Material Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of sintered NdFeB and other permanent magnets. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance — a binding commitment exists only in a written quotation or contract signed by us.
2. Technical data on this site
Grade tables, coating specifications, tolerances and lead times published here are typical production values, given in good faith to help you specify a part. They are not guaranteed minima for any particular lot. The values that bind us are the ones written on your quotation, drawing approval and the test report shipped with your order.
Magnet selection depends on geometry, operating temperature, working point and assembly. Please treat this site as a starting point and confirm the grade with our engineers before you release a design.
3. Your drawings and confidentiality
Files you send us remain yours. We use them solely to quote and manufacture your parts, we do not disclose them to third parties, and we will sign your NDA on request. Equally, please do not send us material you are not entitled to share.
4. Our intellectual property
The text, photography, data tables and layout of this site belong to TT Magnet. You are welcome to quote short extracts of our technical content with attribution and a link — that is what it is here for. Republishing whole pages, or reusing our photography commercially, requires written permission.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems.
- Do not scrape the site to build a competing directory or resell our technical data as your own.
- Do not submit false enquiries, malware, or anyone else’s personal information.
6. Product safety
Sintered NdFeB magnets are brittle and can be dangerously strong. Large magnets can crush fingers, shatter on impact, erase magnetic media, and interfere with pacemakers and other implanted devices. Handle, package and ship them accordingly. We supply handling guidance with every order and will advise on safe assembly if you ask.
7. Export compliance
Rare-earth permanent magnets are subject to export controls and customs requirements in several jurisdictions. Orders are accepted subject to our ability to obtain any required licence, and you agree not to re-export our products in breach of applicable law.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to a marketplace, directory or third-party resource, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the extent permitted by law, and any liability connected with goods we supply is governed by the terms of the relevant contract, not by this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes connected with a supply contract are handled under the dispute-resolution clause of that contract.
