Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Ningbo TT Magnetic Material Co., Ltd. (“TT Magnet”, “we”) collects through tt-magnet.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a manufacturer of sintered NdFeB permanent magnets. We sell to businesses, not consumers, and we do not sell data to anyone.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us. Your name, work email, company, telephone number, and anything you type into a quote request — including drawings, specifications and files you attach.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, language, referring page, and the pages you view, collected through server logs and analytics.
- Nothing else. We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask for personal information beyond what is needed to answer a commercial enquiry.
3. Why we use it
- To prepare a quotation and answer your enquiry.
- To send order, sample and shipping updates for work you have asked us to do.
- To improve the website — which pages engineers actually read, and where they get stuck.
- To meet accounting, customs and export-control obligations.
We do not use your enquiry to add you to a marketing list. If we ever want to send you something that is not a reply, we will ask first.
4. Your drawings and specifications
Technical files you send are treated as confidential. They are shared only with the engineering and production staff who need them to quote or manufacture your part, and are never shown to other customers or used in our marketing. We will sign your NDA on request, before you send anything.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with: our email and hosting providers; freight forwarders and customs brokers, where shipping requires it; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your language choice, and analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser. If you do, the site still works — we do not gate anything behind cookie consent.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Records connected to an order are kept for 10 years to satisfy accounting, warranty and export-control requirements.
8. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except where we are legally required to keep it. Write to info@tt-magnet.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data and technical files are stored on access-controlled systems, and only staff who need them can open them.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be summarised here for at least 12 months.
